WV writes that he is unable to visit as he is busy with business and the weather is too bad. The letter contains many religous passages. There is also family news about another of WV's daughters, Sarah and her baby. Sarah was married to Obediah Woodhams a tailor and they were to have three children. WV's sister 'Harriat'(?) is staying at Vine Place.
