Letter sent 'by the kindness of Mrs Carr'. The letter contains many religous pasages. MV laments the distance between her and her daughter and that they do not see each other more often, she says that WV would like to come to the Matfield Anniversary if it was convenient. MV was sorry not to recieve a letter with the cherries sent by RW and hopes RW might come to visit with Mr Gladwish if he comes in August. The New Chapel is due to open on 13 August, the preachers will be Dr Andrews and Mr Irons.
